This project had more than one difficulty… but the final product speaks for itself!!
We built this deck/ patio cover at the very beginning of Covid 19. At the same time, there was a roaring forest fire in Oregon AND in California. Between the air quality and the fear of a new virus… This project was interesting. But it got done, and done right!
Scope of Project
– TimberTech decking with hidden fasteners
– Double picture frame perimeter detail
– Steel columns embedded into concrete SIX FEET deep!
– Brick column wraps
– Enclosed soffits with can lights and ceiling fan
– Custom garden planters on the decks corners
– Custom tile roof
– And a Partridge and a pear tree too!!
