  I’ve always said- “We try to pick people, not projects”. The Long family proved me right again! These lovely customers were a dream to work with. They were decisive, communicative, EXCITED, and kind. At the end of a big lengthy project like this, sometimes both parties are ready to be done… but this was a joy from start to end. The Long family was kind and generous the whole 8 weeks of their hot summer project…. but they cemented their spot as our favorite customers when they gave EVERYONE on the crew a personalized thank you card, with a sizable tip attached!! Me and my crew were shocked.     -That thank you card still sits in my office.

 

This project had its design difficulties because we had to match an existing roofline- but extend one side out longer to give us our LARGEST Timber Frame footprint ever! This project has everything you could ever want! 

Including:

 

– Over 1100 sf of usable dry space under Timber Frame cover

– 2×6 TNG open soffit

– 3 stage stain process with our Timber Pro UV stain

– Gas fireplace with Elderado stone PLUS an outdoor fire pit

– 2 ceiling fans

– Wired up for hot tub and other outlets

– 15″ copper sink sits atop these custom concrete countertops. Since the Long’s are a horse family, we added permanent horse shoes IN the countertops!!
